Destinazione la Barricaia del Puntale, la barriquery costituita da barriques di rovere troncais, allier o limousine, nata quale ambientazione di grande fascino per le degustazioni guidate Rossi d’Angera, con lo scopo di rendere più piacevole e coinvolgente l’incontro con i prodotti della pluricentenaria distilleria.Ad accompagnare gli ospiti il padrone di casa della Rossi d’Angera, Arturo Rossi Francesco Aletti Montano and , owner of the village of Muston and entrepreneur who strongly believed in the historic Distillery Angera and decided to invest for its development.

New production 2011 Continental Lager and labels!

Hello!
Last week I finished my first fermentation of the new production of beer. Recommended by who has more experience than me, I decided this time to use the series Muntons Connoisseurs of hopped malt.
I must say that seems to have gone smoothly and already seems very different from my previous two productions, which were found at the end of maturation, and body without too much carbonate (I found that the addition of sugar bottle I made some mistakes in calculating the amount) even if good taste and still drinkable.

An important change made to the process is undoubtedly the use of dry malt extract to posto dello zucchero per la fermentazione primaria (ho voluto appositamente sostituire TOTALMENTE tutta la quantità di zucchero, per rendermi conto di quanto influisce sul corpo, la schiuma ed il sapore). Diciamo che dal profumo per ora sembra che ci abbia azzeccato... speriamo bene!

Vi segnalo anche che finalmente ho realizzato appositamente per questa produzione le mie prime etichette da birra, che potete vedere più in basso! Niente di che ma le bottiglie in cantina stavano diventando troppe!!!
