Birramisù the Stout
birrofili what can be better than a Birramisù to Guinness?
Ingredienti :

Gli ingredienti
- Savoiardi - 400 gr.
- Uova - 3
- Mascarpone - 500 gr.
- Zucchero - 3 cucchiai
- Cacao in polvere (Bitter)
- 3 33cl bottles of dark beer (I used 3 cans of Guinness)
Well, with all these ingredients available, we can finally begin.

To left the bowl with the yolks, mascarpone and sugar to the egg whites right
We can separate the yolks and whites of 3 eggs, placing them in two different recipie ( arrange them in the egg yolks have the largest container, which will contain the mascarpone cream that will do).
in the container with the egg yolks also put the mascarpone and 3 tablespoons and mix well.
Now whip the egg whites ... I did everything by hand, takes about 10 minutes. I recommend using the whisk to make first!

Our mascarpone cream
When the egg whites have been assembled to put it well in large bowl with the mix of mascarpone, egg yolks and sugar. Now we can mix it all, taking care to do so from the bottom up so as not to remove the egg whites. The result should be like in the picture above.

One of the trays used, prepared with a little beer on the bottom
In a baking pan (I used more baking small for reasons of space in the fridge), pour a little 'black beer, without exaggeration. We can then lay the sponge previously soaked in beer (no exaggeration here), at the bottom of the pan for the first layer.

Second layer of ladyfingers, then be filled with cream and cocoa powder
cover this first layer with our lovely mascarpone cream. Now we
other ladyfingers soaked in beer to make the second layer, and cover this time with the cream.
Finally thoroughly dusted with cocoa powder and voila! Refrigerate for at least 2 / 3 hours and then we can enjoy this beautiful sweet birrofilo!

The result: Birramisù. I could embellish up for lack of appropriate tools ...!
The next time I'll try to use my Black Beer by Sandro and maybe instead of biscuits, milk biscuits (such as grinding or tarallucci ...).
Hurray Beer and Tiramisu! Birramisù!
See you soon,
A.
