| Cidre Breton Luic Raison Brut |
Being a neophyte, and certainly not an expert or a sommelier, I repeat that cmq my opinions are just on a personal level ... Tasting adventure by profane words, that prefers to give some idea for a taste and maybe make you smile!

| Fischer Biere |
France is well known for its wines (also tasted a picnic along the Seine), but also a good tradition that dates back to the Gauls.
Between dinner and the other I got to taste a little (usually served in restaurants is just one type, or even French) and had to go in a "brasserie", but many, because of the summer period of August, were closed.
Some types of beer so I have not been able to taste, but I did what I could:
- Premium on tap: say that this was a beer at random ". We were with friends in a sort of homemade fast food restaurant near the Museum Luvre, and browsing the menu we noticed his friend Guido (another big estimatore di birre e soprattutto di BBQ) questa marca.
I have found that hoppy notes, with an aroma of lemon, cinnamon and flowers, but it certainly did not cut it ihihi). Excellent taste, where I noticed a nice taste of barley that characterizes not make it "strange" and a refreshing ability that makes it particularly suited to spicy Thai and the summer heat.
- Cidre Breton "Loic Raison" right this is not really a beer as a layman like me might think. Considering, however, that instead of fermented barley malt fermented apples, or the procedure is the same, it is a drink that can fit into my world zymurgy. I tasted the Brut Cider Breton Loic Raison, accompanying him to a salty crepe. This type of drink is very popular in France, while Italy is quite rare. The Cider in countries with a Celtic culture is a rite of the group, very popular during the traditional festivals. The Cider Brut I felt he married well with the crepe with cheese, sour aftertaste because of that he also provides excellent cooling capacity.
- Fischer My friend Henry is not a fan of wine, so for a picnic along the Seine wanted a beer, preferably clear. At the supermarket I immediately advised the Fischer Biere. Be that as a child when it happened that I was fascinated by my father bought the bottle with the cap that made ceramic very retro. It will be because I knew and I knew it was good hehe. E 'francesissima, produced in the Brasserie Fischer Strong Lager is a golden color 6% bottom-fermenting. French wine we tasted was excellent, but I'm sure that the picnic would be equally nice if we had just drank beer Pêcheur (fisherman, as the French call it). The glass I drank, I accompanied him to the tasty French cheese (a semi and a fresh). I must say that the aroma of cereal he married well. It would probably be good to be paired with a nice grilled meat.
- Pelforth Brune: Without a doubt the best beer I've tried in this French travel. An excellent dark, fragrant, relatively sweet almost honey, not too bitter aftertaste of coffee. Recognizable by the mark of the Pelican, I have appreciated by embarking on a pizza (yes cmq in France ... but I ate the worst pizza in Italy) with lots of ingredients and very spicy oil ... eheh. E 'decreased very well and I enjoyed the taste for any meal.
- 1664: Good but I found it anonymously. Kronenbourg beer left me rather indifferent. Reading here and there I noticed that beer was champion of France etc etc. It 's a Pils Lager (among other leaders in this area), I noticed the bitter aftertaste still refreshing. It will be because we actually understand little, but I have tasted the same type of improvement. I must stress however, that the Brasserie where we were tapping into was not done on purpose and probably this has a negative impact.
- Hoegaarden: Yeah I know it is Belgian ... but after the disappointment of the 1664 half, I wanted to make my one of my favorite beers. This Blanche never disappoints, though even here the tapping was done wrong. Hardly any foam. But despite this, the sour taste of Belgian wheat almost lemon, make cmq unique and very good in these conditions "outrageous." The distinctive glass gives the impression of royalty and freshness, and points to the white particular and its turbidity data from wheat. Unfortunately I could not follow the rule of "three sips" to drink it all, I did "four" because I am distracted by the chatter ...
